Q: I forgot my password.
A: Go to Login Page and click on "Help, I forgot my Password!". Follow the instructions. You will be getting your password reset and will have to enter a new password to log in with.

Q: I am having issues uploading my pictures.
A: Mobile devices are not supported. Files must be under 5MB in size.

Q: My weight and measurements didn't stick.
A: The "Save" button must be clicked to save the participant information.

Q: Category dropdown is not populating.
A: Check the Birthdate field. This should be the Birth Date, not the Birth Day.
